Italian flavors, cookbook authors coming to downtown festival (Times-Beacon)

TOMS RIVER Forget New Jersey and Ocean County, and start thinking Rome, Naples and Tuscany. The second annual Pizza, Pasta, Pastry Festival will take over Washington Street tomorrow to enrapture the taste buds of local residents with the three Ps of Italian cuisine.
