Lunch with the Chef (Port Folio Weekly)

Given Chef Rodney Einhorns choice of a luncheon venue, I once again found myself breaking bread at Catch 31 in Virginia Beachs Oceanfront Hilton Hotel. Former Executive Chef, David Schneider, now Food and Beverage director, visited with us.
