Chicken Divan is a divine old standby (Miami Herald)

Q: I have been unable to find a Chicken Divan recipe that I made about 27 years ago, taken from Better Homes & Garden magazine or possibly Redbook. The sauce had sharp Cheddar, wine, chicken broth, cream and mustard. First you made the sauce, then baked the chicken thighs and breasts. The sauce was poured on at the end and baked some more. Most recipes I find today are basic canned soup recipes.
