Gilbert, a recent graduate of Colorado State University, is the owner and executive chef of Gilberto's Gourmet Goodness, LLC. With salsa's and sauces as her specialty, and her Sicilian-style cooking background, Gilbert refers to her cuisine as "Italian Fusion."
