Former Dean & DeLuca Buyer Opens Specialty Food Store in New Jersey (The Gourmet Retailer)

OCTOBER 16, 2007 -- Joe Cammarata, a former buyer of charcuterie and packaged foods at Dean and DeLuca in Soho, recently opened Tutti a Tavola, a 1,100-square-foot specialty food store located in Chatham, N.J. Described as "high-end Italian with accents of French," the store specializes in high-end organic and D.O.P. products as well as hard-to-find products.
